Concussions will always be an unfortunate injury in contact-based sports. However, give yourself every opportunity to decrease the likelihood and severity of concussion symptoms.
Some Neck Training Ideas:
- Banded Neck Lateral Flexion, Extension and Flexion
- Monkey Shrugs
- Lateral raises
