The Application Process

 

The application process typically takes about 2 weeks. It begins with the google form below, a 15-minute phone call, followed by up to two formal interviews.

New/Recent Graduate Mentoring Program

We highly value the expertise of our team and are committed to the continuous advancement of our collective knowledge.

 

Our mentoring program includes:

 

• 12 weeks of 2-3 hour sessions with a Titled Level 2 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, covering all areas of the body.

• 1:1 support for your first 2-3 weeks, allowing you to step out during consultations to ask any questions.

• 12 weeks of 1-hour case review sessions.

• 1 hour per week of ongoing Professional Development with the full team.

• Ongoing case reviews as needed (recommended every 2-3 weeks during your first 2 years).

• 6 weekly non-clinical check-in sessions with clinic directors to ensure you're satisfied and receiving the support you need.

All applicants must have:

• Completed a Bachelor or Doctorate of Physiotherapy.

• Current AHPRA registration

• Maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance at all times. 

• Have the right to work in Australia (Visa sponsorship will not be accepted)
